This is Coach Dylan’s training philosophy. With his experience as a collegiate athlete & coach, he knows what it takes to train for results. 
I have been leveraging my knowledge from a Bachelors in Exercise Science-Human Performance & Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification to coach adults & youth athletes to their goals for nearly 3 years. I amplify people’s training by implementing a planned, consistent training program while taking a look at what you need to do on a daily basis to be successful



Kristin, who has been training with me since last May has lost over 10lbs while making noticeable strength gains. Before working with me, she struggled to “actually get to a gym and workout. I was frustrated with myself because I never made the time. I needed someone to hold me accountable”.
